It’s to bring up the point that in your practice, it’s more important than ever to master the things you can control to make up for rising insurance costs, and decreasing reimbursement.

Practicing “good” medicine, or being a “good” doctor is no longer enough to make a living. You must be an expert at constantly generating new patients, building an automatic referral machine, and knowing how to keep the patients you already have.
